Add Way

(2) Directly and slowly sprinkle hydroxyethyl cellulose in the production process to completely dissolve

(3) Half of it is pre-melted, and half is sprinkled in the production process Regardless of whether the pre-solution is made or the hydroxyethyl cellulose is directly sprinkled in the production process, it should not be poured all at once. Only use utensils or hands to slowly sprinkle, try to avoid cellulose clumping In the production process, do not add multifunctional additives before adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, otherwise the cellulose is easy to clump and lumpy

Precautions:

During the production process, the equipment must be turned on when the hydroxyethyl cellulose is sprinkled, and the cellulose can be sprinkled slowly after the equipment is rotated. Viscosity change: a momentary high-viscosity state and a rough state. After a few minutes of continued stirring, the viscosity will stabilize and the state will improve significantly. If you simply test the viscosity of the aqueous solution of cellulose, you can complete the aqueous solution on the first day, test the viscosity on the second day, and observe the state. Because there are many bubbles in the freshly prepared aqueous solution, the transparency and viscosity test indicators are not accurate due to their influence

Packaging And Storage

After the product is opened and used, it must be sealed in time; This product is thermoplastic, so it should be stored in a high temperature environment to avoid pressure, otherwise it will easily cause agglomeration; Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place at 0-40℃, and the storage time should not exceed 24 months.
